Our Clients Say
" We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Jackie from Realise Wellness to Cardinal Newman College as part of our Musicians’ Wellbeing Afternoon, which also included a physiotherapy session by Dan Turnell Physiotherapy. Jackie ran an exceptional sound bath session for approximately 20 of our Music students, none of whom had previously experienced a sound bath.
The session commenced with a guided meditation centered on reflection. Jackie expertly invited the students to reflect on their academic year, encouraging them to consider their successes, learn from their failures, and look forward to the future with optimism.
Before the students arrived, Jackie meticulously prepared the room by setting up instruments such as singing bowls and performing a spiritual cleanse. The atmosphere was further enhanced with the use of incense, which left the room smelling delightful for hours afterward.
Despite some initial nervousness and shuffling on the mats, the students soon entered a deep meditative state. The sense of relaxation and calm was so profound that it took some time for the students to fully return to the present. Hours later, they were still experiencing a sense of tranquility and were unanimously positive about their experience; some still appeared to be floating on air! Many expressed their eagerness to participate in a sound bath again in the future.
We would be thrilled to welcome Jackie back to Cardinal Newman College for future sessions focusing on self-belief and general wellbeing. Her expertise and the serene environment she creates are truly invaluable. "
